To register for a RJT Drop-In Clinic:

Cancellation/Make-Up Policy:

  • Once you receive an email confirmation for your RJT Drop-In/Make-Up Clinic, a 24 hour notification is required to cancel your participation to avoid the cancellation fee:

  • Same day cancellations, for any reason, will incur the cancellation fee.

To Be eligible for a Make-Up clinic:

  • A 24 hour notice that you will not be attending your regularly scheduled RJT clinic is required to receive a make-up clinic.

  • Same day cancellations, for any reason, will forfeit the make-up clinic.

  • No Make-Up clinics will be carried forward from the winter season.

Liability & Media Release:
It is understood that you, the participant in the RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP® program, are in overall good health and condition. With your request to participate, this registration and payment, it is agreed that you, the participant, will hold RJ TENNIS LLC®, the RJT Coaches, Lansdowne Resort and Spa, and all staff, harmless for injury/death or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in the RJ TENNIS LLC® activities. The continual use of protective eyewear is strongly recommended throughout the duration of all RJT classes.

Media –
I grant to RJ TENNIS LLC the right to take photographs, video and sound recordings of me and my family in connection with the above-identified RJT programming. I authorize RJ TENNIS LLC its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that RJ TENNIS LLC may use such photographs, videos and sound recordings of me and my family with or without my/our name(s) for any lawful purpose, including for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media and web content. Still pictures will be gladly removed from any RJT website upon request. I have read and understand the above
release.
