To Register for a class, please create a profile at: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=252833 Then, please email Rob at rjtennis@rjtennis.com your top three requests. Please don’t pay for any RJT clinic or plan to attend any RJT clinic until you receive an email confirmation. Important Information:

• There is a minimum number of participants required to get a group going.

• No refunds will be given, for any reason, after the start of the first week of the 2017 spring season.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Once you receive an email confirmation, a 24 hour notification is required to cancel your participation in any drop-in clinic to avoid the cancellation fee.

  • Same day cancellations and any cancellation under 24 hours, for any reason, will incur the cancellation fee.

  • No make-up clinics will be given for same day cancellation or any amount of time less than a 24 hour notification for any reason.

  • Make-up clinic opportunities may not be available at your most convenient time(s).  I will make a couple of efforts to help schedule your make-up clinic(s), if you’re still not available, no additional opportunities will be extended for that make-up clinic.

  • All make-up clinics must be completed by the conclusion of the 2017 summer season ending on August 31.
