2019 Winter Adult Schedule
The tennis world continuously evolves, and so has and does the RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP® experience through creative, innovative and invigorating tennis programming.
There is nothing happening elsewhere like the excitement and energy on the RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP® tennis courts. As that evolution occurs, one thing that will never change is my commitment to you. Providing you, the RJT client, with exceptional service has always been important to me. I have always considered it an honor and a privilege to serve you. I look forward to continuing to serve you in 2019.

Registration Information:
- Registrations for the full winter season are now being accepted.
- Please email me your top three requests for the winter season at rjtennis@gmail.com.
- Drop-In Clinics for the winter season are not being accepted at this time.
- Please do not plan to attend any RJT clinic until first you receive an email confirmation from me.
- Do not pay for any RJT class on Square Up until you receive an email confirmation from me, as a confirmation from Square Up is just confirming that your payment has been received, not that space is available.
- Refunds will not be issued for any reason after the conclusion of the first week of the winter season.
Cancellation Policy/Make-Up Policy:
- Once the season begins, if you find you have to cancel your participation in any of the weekly classes, please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid loss of your weekly RJT clinic.
- Receiving your cancellation with at least the 24 hour notice allows me to extend to you a Make-Up clinic.
- No Make-Up clinics will be given for any cancellation given less than 24 hours before the class for any reason.
- All make-up clinics must completed by Tuesday, April 30, 2019. No Make-Up clinics will be carried forward into the spring season.
- Make-up clinics are extended as space becomes available throughout the winter season. The days, times and group playing abilities may not always be a perfect fit for your schedule and level of play.
- Make-Up clinics are limited to two per person per season. We don’t have enough RJT classes to take care of endless requests.

- 8:00 to 9:30 PM
- 3.0/3.5 level of play

Liability Release:
It is understood that you, the participant in the RJ TENNIS BOOT CAMP® program, are in overall good health and condition. With your request to participate, this registration and payment, it is agreed that you, the participant, will hold RJ TENNIS LLC®, the RJT Coaches, Hidden Creek Country Club, John Kratzke – Director of Tennis, and all staff, harmless for injury/death or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in the RJ TENNIS LLC® activities. The continual use of protective eyewear is strongly recommended in all RJT clinics. You also give consent to use images of you that may be taken before, during or after RJT classes. Still pictures will be gladly removed from any RJT website upon request.
