On October 2, 2011 I met Wendy for the first time at one of my BOOT CAMP DRILLS & LIVE BALL® classes. A couple of her tennis friends told her about how great the RJT classes were and that she had to give it a try. That Sunday class that Wendy dropped in on was one of my first 4.0/4.5 classes. I was working hard to make it a great class for all of the clients in the group. Wendy wasn’t getting the drills, but who does their first time out? Nonetheless, I didn’t cut her any slack. I yelled at her, just like I yell at everyone else during the RJT classes I coach,”Hurry up!!!! Move it!!! You’re slowing me down!!! This ain’t no county club!” It didn’t take long for her to conclude that she hated me and wasn’t ever going to come back to any of the RJT clinics.
On June 30, 2013 we got married. Today is our wedding anniversary. How quickly the time has gone by! Although it has been four great years, I can’t remember having lived a day of my life without her. Every day has been an exciting journey. I have never been happier in all of my life. It has been an awesome experience to see how my heart has grown and how it has been filled with great joy, love, laughter and peace. Wendy is an incredibly inspiring wife! I am a blessed and humbled man and am thankful. Wendy, Happy Anniversary!
